Musket Cove Island Resort opened in 1976, the resort is entirely family owned and operated by Dick,Carol and Josephine Smith, Fiji's oldest resort company, recently celebrating 40 years experience in the Fijian hospitality business.

Traditional thatched bures and Luxurious village, offer privacy, as well as room to roam amongst the 600 tropical acres of tall coconut palms and lush tropical gardens on an island fringed by 6 miles of white sandy beach.

A sheltered lagoon is a haven for visiting yachts from around the world and provides the ultimate environment to enjoy the water sports of your choice. Or you can choose to relax by the pool, on the beach, outside your bure or indulge in a beach side massage.

Whether you choose to arrive on Musket Cove via a 10 minute flight or a leisurely 50 minute cruise aboard the catamaran ferry, Malolo Cat, you will be met by a smiling Fijian staff member with a cool drink in his hand for you.

Musket Cove has several types of accommodations to suit individual needs. All are fan cooled and well ventilated with king sized beds, hairdryers, clock radios, breakfast bars and refrigerators, beach towels, bathroom amenities, private verandahs and outdoor furniture.

All villas, as well having all the above amenities, are air-conditioned with equipped kitchens, TV and video, CD/radio. The Resort Villa has a private spa pool, and the Armstrong Villa has a small pool and BBQ area for exclusive use of the guests on Armstrong Island.

The Bistro offers candlelit dining indoors and outdoors with a sumptuous choice of both Fijian and international cuisine, and an excellent wine cellar to compliment your meal.

The bar features exotic cocktails while you watch the sun dip beneath the horizon and listen to the local Fijian string band.
